3. Account and Access

To use the platform, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Complira reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of suspected abuse.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Complira web application and all associated services. "User" refers to any person with access to the platform. "Organization" refers to the legal entity holding an account on the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, design, and documentation, belong to Complira SRL. The user retains all rights to the data they enter on the platform.

7. Liability

Complira is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages. Complira's total liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by the organization in the preceding 12 months.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. All prices are exclusive of VAT; any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Payment is processed through the payment provider Stripe. In case of non-payment, access may be restricted.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Complira platform, offered by Complira SRL, with its registered office in Belgium. By using the platform, you accept these terms.

4. Service Provision

Complira offers a SaaS platform for CyFun and NIS2 compliance. The service includes self-assessment, gap analysis, evidence management, and reports. Complira does not guarantee any specific compliance outcome.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time, respecting the current billing period. Upon termination, the user has 30 days to export their data, after which it will be deleted.
